Help with using BeNaughty: Use the search facilities
Using our innovative "Search" you can find lots of new people on our website! We have generated several types of search to maximize your dating opportunities.
New member search
With the help of the "New members" search, you can search for people who have recently registered on the website.
Online now search
You can find a member using his/her screenname. Enter the screenname of the user you want to find in the "Find by screenname" field on the “Search” page.
Chatting now search
Using the "Chatting now"search, you can find people who are active in chat now.
You can also carry out a search using a postcode. Please enter the "Search" section, select "Located" and type in the postcode or city in the “City or postcode” field. You should select a location from the list that appears as you type. Make sure you have filled in your own postcode on the basic profile screen. This is never displayed to anyone, but does provide information for our location tool. When searching, you will then be able to look for people who live within 20, 50 or 100 miles of your location.
How do I optimize my search results?
Search results are based on what people have entered into their own profiles. So if you specify a lot of criteria when searching, you will only get results from people whose profiles include all of the specified information. Therefore you may need to leave some sections completely blank. If something is not important to you, don't tick any boxes in that section at all - that way you will find people who simply haven't filled in that part of their profile yet. You can change your search settings as often as you want. The best way to set up the right criteria for you is to start by only including things that are absolutely essential to you... then add 'nice to haves' until you get a list of members who are about right for you.
Can I save my search?
Save time when searching for your other half by storing your different searches in the "Search" section. Just open the drop-down menu of your “Search History” and you will see your previous search results. You can also click on the “Restore Search” link to see member profiles which are displayed according to the search criteria you have set before.
