Our site operates a no-refund policy. This policy is clearly stated in our "Terms and Conditions" which you are required to agree to, in both the refund policy agreement and the application form, prior to joining our site as a Standard and Subscribed member.

Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel the agreement created through your acceptance of these terms of use within 7 working days after the confirmation of your subscription to any Services and receive a full refund. However, if you use the Services in any manner after your subscription, you will lose your cancellation right. Use of the Services means sending to or receiving from other members any communication, viewing photos of other members, or making changes to your profile or information on your account.
